How to Remove a Gas in Stomach





Excess gas in the stomach can cause discomfort and sometimes the shame of the stomach so often reads. But this excess gas can be removed from the abdomen through several exercises.

Excessive gas buildup in the abdomen can be caused by many things, like foods that contain lots of gas consumption, have digestive problems due to less active or moving.

However, the excess gas in the stomach can be removed by doing some light exercise, as quoted from the LIVESTRONG, Tuesday (01/03/2011), namely:

Walk
Sometimes the gas in the stomach just because people do not actively move, because it is enough to cope with light exercises like walking. If you're feeling bloated and gassy stomach, try to get up from his seat and walk around. This can help relieve pain and also remove gas from the body.

Wind relieving pose (wind shake)
One of the yoga poses are believed to help relieve gas in the stomach is the wind relieving pose (wind shake). This force will push the stomach that makes it easier to remove the gas.

The trick is to lie on your back and then pull one knee toward your chest and hold it with both hands. Slowly pull your knees up closer to the chest, hold and repeat on the other foot. If possible can also do it at once both feet simultaneously.

Garland Pose
This style is a technique to open the hips making it easier for the body to release the gas. The trick is to stand with both feet and then spread like a praying hands position.

Although some exercise can help remove the gas from the stomach, but there are some things you can do to prevent it, such as implementing a healthy diet that contains protein, vegetables, fruits and grains, consuming 8 glasses of water per day, avoiding soda and milk products that can be aggravate the condition.
